nc court system just dont get it

I am siting here right now after watching my husband leave to go to court with a almost guarantee he will not be back home for 4 months my head hurt and my heart races while i wait alone with our 6 year old daughter who will spend Christmas with out her daddy if it all goes as the lawyer says it will but then again you would have to be able to keep and appointment with him in order to know whats gonna happen well this is where i lead into why I am writing this my husband has been charged with driving while license revoked this is his 2ND charge and he is on probation already for the first and i am not upset that he was found guilty of the charge he did it he did what he had to do for his family what i don't understand is the people who get dwis are still walking around the people who rape children walk away with house arrest but my husband who drove a car to take my nieces i was caring for at the time is going to prison and was told he was not eligible or house arrest does that make senses to you not me and then what i love most is he has a court appointed attorney who every visit we have tyred to make with him cancels or when they get to court he calls him out to talk to him then goes back to the court room and leaves the court house and tells him nothing so as of today i am hoping he can just fire his lawyer and have it contd with a new lawyer so he can be home with our daughter for thanksgiving and Christmas

OK to every one out there who wants to judge what other people do you wrong to do so last time i checked we all make mistakes and error in judgement and anyone out there who says they have never taken a pill without prescription i call u a lier and yes i know i am fixing to hear no not me yea OK we have all done it get over it he is a good guy down home southern boy that just likes to have fun oh well he may or may not have screwed up so does that mean we flush all the things he has done down the drain why is we only look at the bad things people do and not the good things well all i can say is i would still go party with him and his group anytime if i was given that chance of a life time here's to my NC down home southern boys Jeff i got your back and fuck those who wanna judge till the time comes to judge i will be here in Asheboro to support you all the way
